Refunds & Returns

At Barefoot Aristocracy, we stand behind the quality and uniqueness of every piece we offer. While many of our items are made by hand, made-to-order, or sourced from curated designer collections, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary — and we’re here to help.

Online Purchases

We accept return and refund requests for orders
placed directly via our website.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may submit a
return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return:

1. Please fill in the Return Form.

2. Send it to hello@barefootaristocracy.com with the subject line: REFUND.

3. Kindly explain your reason for return and attach clear photos of the item.

Returned items must be:

- Unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

- Properly packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back to us within 7 days. Upon receipt and inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card).


Please note:
Barefoot Aristocracy is not responsible for parcels lost in transit. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.

In-Store Purchases (Indonesia)

Items purchased in our physical store in
Indonesia are non-refundable, as you are able to see and try the items
at the time of purchase.

However, in the case of an incorrect size:

  • You may exchange the item within 3 days of purchase,
  • With a valid receipt, and only if the item is unused and in original condition.

All other cases are handled at the discretion of
our store manager.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges for the same
product if the item is available.

If you wish to exchange for a different item, please request a refund and place
a new order.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Earrings
  • Jewelry sets that include earrings
  • Made-to-order or personalized pieces
  • Sale or promotional items
