At Barefoot Aristocracy, we curate and dispatch pieces from a selection of independent designers and fine jewelry ateliers.
As a multi-brand store, each order is a composition — assembled with care, detail, and coordination between our partners and our Bali-based studio.

Before dispatch, we require 1 to 3 days to:
- confirm product availability directly with each brand
- receive the selected pieces at our warehouse,
- prepare for shipment and transfer your order to the logistics company.

Please note that processing time refers to working days only (Monday to Friday) and may be extended due to national holidays in Indonesia or the specific workflow of the designer brands we work with.

All shipments are currently handled via DHL
Express, ensuring timely and secure delivery worldwide:

• Indonesia — 1–3 business days
• Asia — 1–3 business days
• USA / Europe / Australia — up to 7 business days
• Russia — up to 10 business days
• Rest of the World — up to 14 business days

• All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Bali, Indonesia.
• If your order includes a made-to-order or customized piece, the entire order will ship once the custom item is completed. (Production time is listed on the product page.)
• Shipments are processed Monday through Friday only. Orders placed during the weekend or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
• In case of any unexpected delays, our team will notify you using the contact details you provided. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you.

We currently do not ship to the following destinations due to international postal restrictions: Afghanistan, Iran, Pakistan, Iraq, Myanmar, Serbia, Syria, North Korea.

To ensure smooth delivery:

• A signature is required upon receipt. If no one is available to sign, the package will be redirected to the nearest DHL facility for rescheduling.
• PO Boxes are not accepted as delivery addresses.
• Kindly specify floor numbers or unit details when applicable.

Please note:

• Barefoot Aristocracy is not liable for packages lost in transit or for failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed.
• Import duties and local taxes (if applicable) will be deducted from any eligible refund.

For all orders placed outside of Indonesia, your package may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other local taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.

• These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.
• We are legally equired to declare the full value of your order in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) on customs documentation.
• According to international shipping laws, we cannot mark your order as a gift or declare a lower value.
• Express shipments are more likely to incur customs duties.
• We are not responsible for customs-related delays or additional processing time.
• Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable for orders refused due to customs issues or unpaid duties.
